FOUNDER · CLINIC OPERATOR

Built by the person who has to use it on Monday morning.

Robbie Robinson, DNP, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner, owner of Prosper Health & Aesthetics in Sioux City, Iowa, and founder of Loyalty Flow.

WHY LOYALTY FLOW

The product began as an operator problem

Running an aesthetics, hormone, and wellness clinic exposed a persistent gap: the clinical record and scheduler could document and book care, but neither created a compelling, clinic-owned loyalty relationship between visits.

Loyalty Flow was built as that separate layer—memberships, rewards, offers, referrals, gift cards, patient commerce, and staff workflows—without asking Prosper Health to abandon its scheduling or clinical authorities.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

How a clinic operator approaches loyalty software

PATIENT ACCESS

App and browser

Patients should not lose access to their membership because they do not want another download.

CLINIC ECONOMICS

Protect the upside

The platform should not become more expensive merely because the clinic's program succeeds.

SYSTEM BOUNDARIES

Keep authorities clear

The scheduler schedules. The EMR holds clinical truth. Loyalty Flow owns loyalty and patient commerce.

DISCLOSURE

Prosper Health is the founding clinic

Loyalty Flow is built and exercised inside Prosper Health & Aesthetics. That produces first-hand operating perspective, but it is also a relationship readers deserve to understand: Robbie owns both the founding clinic and Loyalty Flow.

Published case studies distinguish verified measurements from product mechanisms. Comparisons disclose that Loyalty Flow is the publisher, and outcome claims are not manufactured before the data exists.

Four surfaces, one membership: why mobile-only loyalty leaves money on the table
