Do you take a percentage of revenue?
No. Flat monthly. Whatever you charge your patients is yours — including drop sales, memberships, and gift card revenue.
What about Stripe processing fees?
You connect your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard rates directly to you (typically 2.9% + 30¢ for card-not-present). Loyalty Flow takes nothing on top.
Can I switch from Solo to Studio later?
Yes — upgrade anytime, prorated. Your data stays put.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clinics are taking reservations within a week. App Builder configures the patient app live as you edit; no rebuilds.
Do my patients have to download an app?
No. The patient web app works in any browser. Native iOS/Android is opt-in for patients who want push notifications and the home-screen icon.
Is my patient data portable?
Yes. Members, points history, and ledger entries can be exported on Studio. Data is yours; you can leave any month.
Are you HIPAA-compliant?
Loyalty Flow does not store PHI by design — we keep loyalty data only. A BAA is available on request for clinics that want belt-and-suspenders.
What is white-glove setup, and is it required?
It's an optional one-time $499 service where we build out your entire app for you — branding, treatments, packages, memberships, your first flash drop, and your patient list. You sign in to a fully-loaded platform on day one. Both Solo and Studio include self-serve setup at no extra cost if you'd rather DIY.
