Common questions
I can't sign in to the app.
Loyalty Flow uses a 6-digit code sent to your email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the same email your med spa invited you with. Still stuck? Email us at daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.comand we'll resend the invite.
My points balance looks wrong.
Points are awarded by your med spa after each visit or purchase. If a recent visit isn't reflected, give your clinic 24 hours to post it; if it's still off, email daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.comwith the date of the visit and your clinic's name so we can reconcile.
I need a refund or to dispute a charge.
Refunds are handled by the med spa that charged you, not by Loyalty Flow. Reach out to your clinic directly first. If they can't help within 3 business days, forward the receipt to daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.comand we'll mediate.
The app crashed or a feature isn't working.
Send a quick note to daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.com with the screen you were on, what you tapped, and your phone model. A screenshot helps a lot. We log every crash through our error monitor, so even a one-line report usually gives us enough to identify it.
I want to delete my account.
Open the app and go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. The action is immediate and removes all your personal data from our systems. See account deletion instructions, or email daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.comif you can't access the app.
