Delete your Loyalty Flow account.
In the app
Open Loyalty Flow and go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Confirm the action in the app to submit your deletion request.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email daraab@cmbsolutionsinc.com from the email address on your Loyalty Flow account. Include your name and clinic name so we can verify the request.
What is deleted
We delete personal account data associated with your patient account, including profile information, saved notification preferences, app sessions, and loyalty app access. Some transaction, receipt, ledger, audit, chargeback, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required by law, payment processors, clinic records, or legitimate business obligations.
Timing
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law. We may contact you if we need more information to verify the request.
