SMS messages from your clinic.
Patients enroll in a Loyalty Flow clinic by visiting an invite link shared by clinic staff. After authenticating with a one-time code, they're shown the consent block below before joining is final.
By checking the box below and joining, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from your clinic, sent via Loyalty Flow. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can change or revoke this consent anytime under Profile → Notification preferences. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
How consent works
- Default-off. The SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default. Patients receive no SMS messages unless they affirmatively check the box and submit the join form.
- Audit at the moment of consent. When a patient ticks the box, we store the timestamp, the IP address the request was made from, the user-agent string, and the version of this disclosure text they saw. These records are retained for at least two years and can be produced for carrier audit on request.
- STOP / HELP. Every outbound SMS includes opt-out language. Replies of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT immediately revoke consent and stop all messages. HELP returns the clinic's name and support contact.
- Revocation in-app. Patients can revoke SMS consent at any time inside the app under Profile → Notification preferences without contacting support.
- No purchase tie. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, treatment, or loyalty enrollment.

Loyalty Flow is a multi-tenant patient engagement platform serving independent medical aesthetics clinics. Each clinic registers its own business identity through Loyalty Flow and is the sender of record for SMS messages dispatched to its patients. Patient phone numbers are collected by the clinic during in-person enrollment or via the invite-gated members.medspaloyaltyflow.com/join flow shown above.
